What a cPanel VPS is

A cPanel VPS is an isolated virtual server built for the commercial panel most used in web hosting, with a WHM license to create and separate accounts. Unlike a generic VPS, where you buy the server and then pay for the panel, the security suite, and the installer separately, this HypeHost line puts the cPanel license, Imunify360, and Softaculous PRO in the price, on Intel Xeon processors, NVMe SSD, and a datacenter in São Paulo.

The workflow is classic hosting: sites, email, MySQL/MariaDB databases, DNS, Let's Encrypt SSL, and client accounts in the same environment. The difference is hardware reserved for you. CPU, RAM, disk, and the network ceiling are not sliced with dozens or hundreds of neighbors on a shared plan. Each plan on this page reserves vCPUs, memory, and NVMe for your VPS only.

It fits agencies, resellers, WooCommerce stores, and teams that already work in cPanel and need more headroom than shared hosting typically gives, without dropping the panel the team already knows. Leaving a slow shared plan does not mean learning a new tool: WHM, accounts, backups, and DNS stay in the same place.

cPanel licenses, Imunify360 at the plan limit, and Softaculous PRO are already in the price. The four sizes run from 12 GB to 64 GB of RAM, 4 to 24 vCPUs, 120 GB to 640 GB of NVMe, and 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps of network, with unmetered traffic in everyday use and optimized email sending in the plan.

cPanel VPS versus shared hosting

On shared hosting, dozens or hundreds of sites fight for the same CPU, the same memory, the same disk, and often the same outbound email IP. A neighbor with a slow store, an infected plugin, someone else's traffic spike, or a bulk send in the SMTP queue can take down your page, your checkout, or your domain reputation. cPanel does exist in that model, but isolation is weak: you get one account on the same physical server, with shared I/O, little RAM per site, and hidden ceilings on CPU, processes, and inodes.

On HypeHost's cPanel VPS the panel is the same one the market already uses. The floor is not. Each plan reserves vCPUs, dedicated memory, and NVMe for your environment, with 1, 2, 3, or 5 Gbps networking and unmetered traffic under acceptable use. WHM isolates client accounts the way traditional resale does, only on a server that is not sliced with strangers. Imunify360 and Softaculous PRO are already in the price, instead of a later add-on.

  • Dedicated resources: 12 to 64 GB of RAM and 4 to 24 vCPUs for your VPS only, instead of a tiny CPU and memory slice on shared hosting
  • 120 to 640 GB of NVMe SSD, without an I/O queue from hundreds of sites on the same volume
  • 1, 2, 3, or 5 Gbps up/down, above the typical shared-hosting uplink
  • Imunify360 included: 1 account on Estúdio, up to 30 on Agência, and up to 250 users on Revenda and Escala
  • Softaculous PRO and plugins in the price, instead of a paid installer add-on
  • WHM to create isolated cPanel accounts: 5, 30, 50, or 100 accounts by license, which ordinary shared hosting does not give you
  • Isolated environment: a slow or compromised site from another HypeHost customer does not use your CPU or disk
  • Pricing in BRL, Pix, a tax invoice, and support in Portuguese, with a refund within 7 days
  • On shared hosting you usually get one cPanel account. Here WHM is the starting point: you create, suspend, and isolate accounts like a reseller
  • Email with optimized sending in the plan, instead of an IP shared with dozens of unknown senders
  • PHP, the database, and the store get real memory and NVMe, without the tight memory_limit and entry-process cap that kill checkout on shared hosting
  • Unmetered traffic under the acceptable use policy, without the tight allowance many shared plans hide in the contract

The unlimited line on shared hosting almost never describes real CPU, RAM, or I/O. What marketing calls unlimited is usually the number of sites or apparent disk, while the real ceiling shows up as 503s, a slow wp-admin, email in spam, and I/O wait at peak hours. On this line the ceiling is the plan: 12, 24, 32, or 64 GB of RAM, 4, 8, 12, or 24 vCPUs, and NVMe disk that does not share a queue with hundreds of other WordPress sites.

Signs shared hosting cannot keep up

You do not have to wait for the site to fall over on Black Friday to switch. These signs show up early and are usually the shared ceiling, not a WordPress bug.

  • 503, 508, or Resource Limit Reached at peak hours, even with cache on
  • Slow wp-admin, WooCommerce cart, or PrestaShop back office, while the homepage still loads
  • Inode warnings, too many files, or a full disk with only a few visible sites
  • Transactional and office email landing in spam, the SMTP queue, or a provider block
  • An agency or reseller that already outgrew a handful of clients on the same shared plan
  • A plugin, page builder, or object cache that needs more RAM than shared hosting allows
  • Backups and restores that take hours because the node's I/O is saturated

Typical shared limits this VPS does not inherit

Cheap shared hosting sells unlimited and collects the price in technical ceilings. The cPanel VPS on this page does not use those shared-account brakes: the limit is the hardware of the plan you buy.

  • CPU percentage and CPU steal: on shared hosting a heavy neighbor or the account cap stalls PHP mid-request
  • I/O wait: hundreds of MySQL and WordPress instances on the same disk delay queries, uploads, and backups
  • Simultaneous processes and entry processes: shared hosting kills connections when checkout or admin fire several PHP workers at once
  • Inodes and file count: a store with many images, cache, and mailboxes hits the cap even when disk looks free
  • PHP memory_limit and workers: page builders, WooCommerce, and object cache stop at the account cap, not at the machine's RAM
  • Infrequent cron: jobs every 30 minutes delay queues, sync, and cache cleanup
  • Hourly email quotas and a shared outbound IP: your domain inherits the neighbor's reputation
  • No real WHM: shared hosting gives one account. Shared reseller plans still sit on the same crowded node

Point-by-point: shared hosting and cPanel VPS

The panel can be cPanel on both sides. What changes is isolation, the resource ceiling, and what is already in the price.

  • Isolation: on shared hosting CPU, RAM, and disk belong to the whole node. On HypeHost's VPS each plan reserves the listed hardware for your server only.
  • Panel: ordinary shared hosting gives you one cPanel account. This line gives you WHM and you create 5, 30, 50, or 100 accounts, depending on the plan.
  • Memory: shared hosting delivers small slices. Here you get 12 GB, 24 GB, 32 GB, or 64 GB dedicated.
  • Disk: shared hosting contends for I/O. Here the volume is 120 GB, 240 GB, 320 GB, or 640 GB of NVMe SSD.
  • Network: a shared uplink is usually narrow and shared. Here the port steps from 1 Gbps on Estúdio to 5 Gbps on Escala.
  • Licenses: on shared hosting the installer and antivirus are often add-ons. Here Softaculous PRO and Imunify360 are already in the price.
  • Email: on shared hosting the outbound IP is collective. Here the plan includes optimized sending, with optional dedicated SMTP for volume.
  • Security: neighbor malware on the same node hits shared hosting. On the VPS isolation is at server level, with Imunify360 at the plan limit.
  • Price: shared hosting looks cheap until you hit the ceiling. The VPS starts at R$ 469/month already with cPanel, WHM, and the suite, in BRL, with a tax invoice.
  • Growth: on shared hosting you change plans and stay on the same kind of node. Here you step from 12 GB to 64 GB and from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps.

cPanel VPS plans

Four sizes, from a small site to an operation with dozens of accounts. Monthly reference prices, already with cPanel, Imunify360, and Softaculous PRO:

  • Estúdio: 4 vCPUs, 12 GB RAM, 120 GB NVMe, 1 Gbps, cPanel Admin (5 accounts), Imunify360 for 1 account - R$ 469/mo. Cycles: R$ 1,359 quarterly, R$ 2,670 semiannual, R$ 5,055 annual.
  • Agência: 8 vCPUs, 24 GB RAM, 240 GB NVMe, 2 Gbps, cPanel Pro (30 accounts), Imunify360 up to 30 accounts - R$ 649/mo. Cycles: R$ 1,860 quarterly, R$ 3,633 semiannual, R$ 6,747 annual.
  • Revenda: 12 vCPUs, 32 GB RAM, 320 GB NVMe, 3 Gbps, cPanel Plus (50 accounts), Imunify360 up to 250 users - R$ 879/mo. Cycles: R$ 2,523 quarterly, R$ 4,932 semiannual, R$ 9,183 annual. The most balanced cut for resale and stores.
  • Escala: 24 vCPUs, 64 GB RAM, 640 GB NVMe, 5 Gbps, cPanel Premier (100 accounts), Imunify360 up to 250 users - R$ 1,199/mo. Cycles: R$ 3,375 quarterly, R$ 6,529 semiannual, R$ 11,728 annual.

Quarterly, semiannual, and annual cycles use the prices already set on each plan, not a generic percentage applied in the browser. The equivalent monthly amount is the cycle total divided by 3, 6, or 12, rounded up on screen.

Estúdio fits a few sites that already outgrew shared hosting. Agência fits a small operation with up to 30 accounts. Revenda (50 accounts, 32 GB, 3 Gbps) is the most balanced cut for agencies and stores. Escala covers a larger operation with 64 GB and 5 Gbps.

cPanel, WHM, Imunify360, and Softaculous in the price

Each plan already includes the original cPanel license at the matching tier, with WHM to create accounts. Softaculous PRO installs WordPress, stores, and dozens of apps in one click. Imunify360 covers antivirus, WAF, and malware, at each plan's limit: 1 account on Estúdio, up to 30 on Agência, and up to 250 users on Revenda and Escala.

On a lot of shared hosting the panel exists, but the installer and the security suite are add-ons. On a generic VPS you buy the server and then pay for cPanel, Imunify, and Softaculous separately, in dollars, mid-month. Here the licenses are already in the plan price, with a BRL amount already closed.

The monthly equivalent on screen is the cycle price, with no generic percentage applied in the browser. You pick monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual and see the amount already set for that cut.

cPanel, PHP, WordPress, and database

Day-to-day work runs in cPanel and WHM: accounts, DNS, email, MySQL/MariaDB, and files. The PHP selector covers legacy and new sites on the same server, account by account. Softaculous PRO installs WordPress and stores in one click. Apache and Nginx are part of the usual panel stack. Let's Encrypt issues SSL with automatic renewal. Composer fits modern PHP workflows.

All of that sits on NVMe SSD, so the database and PHP are not stuck on slow shared-hosting disk. Store queries, wp-cron, media uploads, and backup restores feel I/O. On shared hosting the queue belongs to the whole node. Here the plan's NVMe is yours.

WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP stores

WordPress with a page builder, WooCommerce with a catalog and checkout, PrestaShop, and PHP portals need RAM and fast disk. On shared hosting the memory and process caps kill admin and cart even while the homepage still loads. On this line the smallest plan already delivers 12 GB of RAM and 4 vCPUs on NVMe. Revenda steps up to 32 GB, 12 vCPUs, and 3 Gbps. Escala reaches 64 GB, 24 vCPUs, and 5 Gbps.

Softaculous PRO installs WordPress in one click. The PHP selector keeps legacy and 8.x on the same WHM. Let's Encrypt SSL covers the accounts' domains. Isolating each client in a cPanel account keeps one site's heavy plugin from mixing PHP the way shared hosting mixes processes.

Hosting resale: shared versus VPS with WHM

Resale on shared hosting still sits on the same kind of node: you create accounts, but CPU, disk, and IP remain collective. The end customer inherits the slow neighbor and the burned email of a crowded server. On this line WHM runs on an isolated VPS. The license's 5, 30, 50, or 100 accounts use your plan's RAM and NVMe, not a shared reseller slice.

Estúdio (5 accounts, 12 GB) fits a small operation. Agência (30 accounts, 24 GB, 2 Gbps) fits teams already hosting clients. Revenda (50 accounts, 32 GB, 3 Gbps, Imunify360 up to 250 users) is the cut most used for serious resale. Escala (100 accounts, 64 GB, 5 Gbps) covers a larger operation. You do not promise shared-hosting unlimited: you promise the hardware on this page.

Panel email and dedicated SMTP

The plans include optimized email sending for everyday cPanel use: mailboxes, notices, and site messages. For invoices, transactional mail, and higher-volume campaigns, optional dedicated SMTP is available, with a reputation IP and setup by the team. On shared hosting, sending often lands on a blocklist or in a neighbor's queue. Here the email path is separated from generic hosting noise.

SPF, DKIM, and DNS records stay in the cPanel flow. When transactional volume grows, the SMTP add-on keeps bulk sending off the VPS IP. On shared hosting that split almost never exists: the same IP serves the site, the panel, and dozens of senders.

AntiDDoS protection

HypeHost's network includes AntiDDoS mitigation on the same VPS uplink. Sites, stores, and cPanel itself sit behind a layer built for volumetric attacks, without a separate add-on for everyday hosting traffic. On shared hosting, an attack on another customer on the same node can hit your availability. On the VPS the uplink and mitigation serve your environment.

This does not replace strong passwords, CMS updates, and the plan's Imunify360. It combines both sides: protected network at the edge and a malware suite in the panel, with server isolation.

What to use a cPanel VPS for

The panel stays the one you already know. The resource ceiling does not. The uses below are the ones that most often justify leaving shared hosting without changing tools.

  • Agencies hosting client sites in separate WHM accounts, without a shared-hosting neighbor on the same disk
  • WordPress with plugins, cache, and WooCommerce that need more RAM than a shared plan typically gives
  • PrestaShop and WooCommerce stores with a catalog, checkout, and campaign spikes on the same server
  • Hosting resale with 5 to 100 cPanel accounts, matching the plan license, on reserved hardware
  • Corporate sites and PHP systems, with a Brazilian tax invoice, Pix, and local support
  • Leaving slow or unstable shared hosting while keeping the cPanel the team already uses
  • Several sites and stores on the same VPS, isolated per WHM account, with NVMe for the database
  • cPanel mailboxes with optimized sending, and dedicated SMTP when transactional volume grows
  • Landing pages, campaign sites, and bursts that should not compete for CPU with the rest of a shared node
  • Legacy PHP sites and new projects on the same WHM, with a PHP selector per account

Who this VPS is for

  • Anyone already living in cPanel who hit CPU, RAM, inode, or I/O limits on shared hosting
  • Agencies that need WHM and isolated accounts, with predictable hardware
  • Resellers who hand a panel to the end customer without sharing disk with dozens of strangers
  • Stores and PHP portals that need NVMe, more memory, and 1 to 5 Gbps networking
  • Companies in Brazil that want BRL pricing, NF-e, and support in Portuguese
  • Anyone who does not want to stack cPanel, Imunify360, and Softaculous licenses on a bare VPS

When another product fits better

This catalog is a VPS with cPanel included, not a bare VPS and not cheap shared hosting. It is worth being clear about what it is not.

  • If you only want a root VPS with no commercial panel, look at the Xeon or Ryzen lines
  • If you need a single cheap site, without isolation and without WHM, you can stay on shared hosting until the resource runs out
  • If you need a whole physical machine, evaluate dedicated or colocation
  • If you need DirectAdmin instead of cPanel, look at HypeHost's DirectAdmin VPS line

Shared hosting, generic VPS, and cPanel VPS

Shared hosting ships cPanel on tiny CPU and RAM slices, with contended I/O, a collective email IP, and little predictability. A generic VPS ships isolation and root, but cPanel, Imunify360, and Softaculous are on you, in dollars, mid-month, plus install and initial hardening. This line joins both ends: the panel the operation already knows, on an isolated VPS, with licenses in the BRL price.

The network steps from 1 Gbps on Estúdio to 5 Gbps on Escala. Memory runs from 12 GB to 64 GB. That changes the ceiling for WordPress, stores, and several WHM accounts, versus shared hosting that advertises unlimited and delivers contention. Monthly reference pricing starts at R$ 469 and goes to R$ 1,199, already with the panel and security suite.

If the criterion is the lowest ticket in the market, shared hosting wins. If the criterion is a known panel, isolated accounts, NVMe, 1 to 5 Gbps networking, and licenses on the same BRL invoice, this line is the middle ground between crowded shared hosting and a bare VPS you stack yourself.

How to leave shared hosting without changing panels

The typical migration keeps cPanel. The team already knows how to create accounts, point DNS, and restore backups. On the VPS the path is the same, with more RAM and disk that are yours only. It is not a tool change: it is a floor change.

  • Full backup on shared hosting (files, databases, email, and cPanel-format accounts if you have them)
  • Buy the cPanel VPS at HypeHost and restore in WHM
  • Adjust DNS, zone, and Let's Encrypt SSL on the accounts
  • Test sites, admin, checkout, and email before you turn off the old plan
  • Lower TTL before the cutover so DNS propagates faster

Teams that already run WHM at another provider restore account packages in the usual panel flow. Teams with a single cPanel account on shared hosting export a full backup and load it into the VPS WHM. The PHP selector helps keep the version the site already used.

Datacenter in Brazil

The servers sit in São Paulo. Visitors, the panel, email, and the store talk to a national origin, with low latency for Brazil and solid response for the rest of Latin America. Pricing in BRL, Pix, and a tax invoice match a local operation. Anyone serving a Brazilian audience stops depending on crowded shared nodes or an overseas VPS with high ping at checkout.

cPanel, wp-admin, and payment gateways feel RTT. Origin in São Paulo cuts that delay for a national audience versus cheap shared hosting outside the country.

Why a cPanel VPS at HypeHost

Because cPanel alone will not carry a store or dozens of accounts if the floor is shared hosting. This line joins the panel the market already runs, Imunify360, Softaculous PRO, optimized email sending, and Xeon hardware with NVMe in Brazil, with 1 to 5 Gbps networking. Revenda (32 GB, 12 vCPUs, 50 accounts, 3 Gbps) is the most balanced cut for agencies and stores. If you need to leave shared hosting without changing panels, with BRL pricing and without stacking licenses yourself, these are the plans.

The catalog is explicit: Estúdio at R$ 469, Agência at R$ 649, Revenda at R$ 879, and Escala at R$ 1,199 per month, already with each cut's cPanel tier and Imunify360. No lock-in, with NF-e, Pix, and 7 days to try. It is hosting with the panel the team already knows, on a server that does not share CPU with the rest of the internet.
