Privacy Policy and LGPD
01. Introduction and commitment
Last updated: 07/06/2026.
JSK CLOUD E INFRAESTRUTURA LTDA (hereinafter "HypeHost"), CNPJ 53.748.621/0001-14, values the privacy and security of its users' information. This Privacy Policy describes clearly, transparently, and objectively how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, in strict compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 - LGPD).
By browsing our websites or contracting our infrastructure and hosting services, you understand the data processing practices described here.
02. Personal data collected
HypeHost limits personal data collection to what is strictly necessary to provide services and keep the cyber environment secure. We collect the following data:
- Registration data: Full name or company name, CPF or CNPJ, full address, email, and phone number.
- Billing data: Payment history, issued invoices, and bank/card details (processed in encrypted form directly by partner gateways).
- Digital identifiers: Connection IP address, access date/time logs, browser type, operating system, and interactions in our support panel.
- Recruiting data (candidates): Resumes, LinkedIn links, and portfolios sent spontaneously through our support channels or recruiting tickets.
03. Purpose of processing
Your personal data is processed on legitimate legal bases under Article 7 of the LGPD. Purposes include:
- Contract performance: Creating your account, activating services (VPS, Cloud, dedicated, colocation), authenticating in the client panel, and providing technical support.
- Legal or regulatory duty: Mandatory storage of connection records (IP logs) for at least 1 (one) year under Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12.965/14), and issuance of tax invoices.
- Fraud prevention and security: KYC validation, internal audits against network abuse (phishing, spam, DDoS), and protection of overall infrastructure stability.
- Credit protection: Assessment of financial capacity for contracts with a minimum term, as authorized by Article 7, X of the LGPD.
- Hiring process: Evaluation of professional profile in job applications sent voluntarily.
05. Sharing data with third parties
HypeHost does not sell your personal data. Sharing is limited to infrastructure and marketing partners that also follow strict LGPD and GDPR standards:
- Support systems: Tools such as Intercom, used only to operate our support chat and keep a history of your requests.
- Analytics and marketing tools: Google (Analytics/Ads) and Microsoft (Clarity/Advertising) receive anonymized browsing and conversion data for traffic analysis and ad measurement.
- Payment processors: Gateways for secure processing of invoices, cards, or PIX.
- Authorities and protection bodies: Credit bureaus (for risk analysis on specific contracts) or judicial authorities, upon a grounded legal order or request.
06. Information security and data retention
We apply strict technical and organizational security standards to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or leaks. Our panel runs entirely under transport encryption (SSL/TLS) and robust firewalls.
Retention period: Registration data stays active in our database while the customer contract lasts. After account closure, registration data is kept for legal prescription periods to safeguard tax and contractual rights. Connection logs and IPs are deleted progressively and automatically after the 1 (one) year legal term set by the Marco Civil da Internet.
Resumes sent for spontaneous applications that do not result in an immediate hire are kept in our secure database for a maximum of 6 (six) months, then discarded permanently and securely.
07. Your rights as a data subject
Article 18 of the LGPD grants data subjects rights that can be exercised at any time through a formal request to our team:
- Confirmation that data processing exists;
- Facilitated access to your personal data stored in our panel;
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data through the Client Area;
- Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in violation of the law;
- Portability of data to another service provider, upon an express request;
- Deletion of personal data processed with your consent (except legal retention duties).
08. The split: controller vs processor
It is essential to distinguish HypeHost's role under the LGPD:
- HypeHost as controller: We are controllers of the Contractor's (you, our customer) registration and financial data, processing them strictly for billing and internal management of the corporate account.
- HypeHost as processor: For all files, code, applications, media, and third-party databases that the Contractor chooses to store, process, and transmit on our VPS, dedicated, or Cloud servers, HypeHost acts exclusively as processor. The Contractor fully assumes the role of controller of their own end users' data (their customers, players, visitors), and is solely responsible for collecting due consent, protecting the software layer of their applications, and answering to Brazil's ANPD for incidents of their own making.
09. Contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO)
