N1 Technical Support Analyst
100% Remote - CLT
5x2 schedule - Business hours (09:00 to 18:00)
Salary range
R$ 2,500 to R$ 3,000
Help customers solve real problems on Linux, Windows Server and Proxmox, with clear and empathetic communication.
Requirements
- •Managing Linux and Windows Server servers
- •Hands-on experience with Proxmox
- •Strong written/verbal communication, empathy and teaching skills in support
- •Experience with WHMCS
- •Knowledge of VPS and dedicated servers
- •Basic knowledge of server hardware and networking
- •English for reading logs and documentation
