Program rules (Terms)
By joining, you agree to the program rules. Our relationship is a commercial partnership based on transparency and mutual growth.
Participation
- 1.Free commercial partnership program (no employment relationship), open to any individual or company with an active account.
- 2.Creating fake accounts or using third-party data without authorization to obtain commissions is prohibited.
- 3.Self-referral is prohibited: affiliates cannot refer themselves or accounts under their control.
- 4.Each customer can be linked to only one affiliate. In case of duplication, the first registered click prevails.
Conduct and promotion
- 5.Spam, unsolicited bulk messages or any deceptive promotion practices are prohibited.
- 6.Be transparent: tell your audience the link is a paid referral, following good practices and CONAR standards.
- 7.Sharing false or misleading information about HypeHost services is prohibited.
- 8.Registering domains, profiles or brands that imitate HypeHost, or buying keywords (Brand Bidding) with our name on Google Ads and similar platforms, is not allowed.
Commissions and payouts
- 9.Commissions apply only to payments that were actually completed and not refunded.
- 10.Canceled, reversed or refunded orders do not generate commission. If already credited, it will be reversed.
- 11.If a chargeback occurs on a commissioned sale, the amount will be deducted from your future balance.
- 12.The minimum payout balance is R$ 50.00, available within 8 days after the referral's purchase.
- 13.Tax reporting is your responsibility. For business affiliates, an invoice may be requested at payout.
- 14.HypeHost may adjust commission rates with 30 days' prior notice.
Penalties and rights
- 15.To protect our community, accounts that violate these rules may be closed preventively.
- 16.In cases of proven fraud, accumulated amounts may be withheld and legal action taken.
- 17.You are free to end your participation at any time, with no fees or bureaucracy.
- 18.Your data is handled with security and privacy under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).
