Acceptable use policy
HypeHost maintains a zero-tolerance stance against abusive, fraudulent or illegal activity on our infrastructure. All services must comply with our terms of service and acceptable use policy.
We do not allow our services to be used for: distributing malware, ransomware or viruses; sending spam or unsolicited email; DDoS attacks or intrusion attempts; hosting illegal content including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, terrorist material, content promoting violence or hate speech; fraudulent schemes including phishing, pyramid schemes and scams; copyright or intellectual property infringement; unauthorized cryptocurrency mining; or any activity that violates the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Abuse reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly. By reporting suspicious activity, you help build a safer digital environment. In criminal cases, we engage competent Brazilian authorities, including the São Paulo Civil Police, Federal Police, Public Prosecutor's Office and other bodies responsible for cybercrime investigations.
Copyright infringement (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property rights. If you found copyrighted content hosted without authorization, send a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) notice.
Required information:
- Identification of the copyrighted content
- URL or IP where the infringing content is hosted
- Your contact information

Reporting network abuse
If you have evidence of abuse originating from or illegal content hosted on IP address space operated by HypeHost under ASN 208690 (JSK CLOUD E INFRAESTRUTURA LTDA), report this abuse to the HypeHost abuse department via email to abuse@jeskesolutions.net with evidence including:
- Date and time (in UTC if possible) of the incident
- The offending IP address
- Description of the abuse, or description of the hosted content (if DMCA or illegal content)
- Any URLs linking to the hosted content (if DMCA or illegal content)
- Server logs (if available) showing the abuse
